Further 12 WW1 names to be added to Winterton war memorial

After extensive research undertaken by the editor of Out 'n About in Winterton and submitted to Winterton Town Council, councillors at the meeting held on Tuesday 17th June, unanimously approved to include a further 12 World War One soldiers to the Winterton war memorial:

• 9928 Private Frank Brown, 6th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
  
• 12986 Gunner Henry Clegg, “C” Bty, 307th Bde, Royal Field Artillery
  
• 3106 Private James Emerson Proctor, 5th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
  
• 3217 Private John Parrott, 5th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
  
• 9792 Private John William Martin, 1st Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
  
• 5485 Private Septimus Hare, 8th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
  
• 27828 Private Walter Dixon, 1st Battalion East Yorkshire Regiment
  
• 13466 Private William Holmes, 2nd Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment
